Sign all loan documents electronically – copies will be emailed to you.

    Residential homeowners in the state of Alabama.

  • Can I apply with a co-applicant?

    Yes, but the primary applicant must be the homeowner.

  • Do I have to be an Alabama Power customer to be eligible for Smart Financing?

    No, but you must own the home and the address for the project you are requesting 

    financing for must be in the state of Alabama. If you’re not an Alabama Power

    customer but the project address is within the state, we will set up an account for 

    your convenience, solely designated for your project. You will receive bills from this 

    account.
